We have worked with Jerry and his team on multiple landscaping projects for his clients, as well as some construction. His attention to detail when building a house is impeccable. He is thorough, and builds to suit for his client, while still maintaining their budget.
Legacy Building & Design does not build average quality homes, they are higher than top notch, and the company you need for your building needs.

We recently hired Legacy Building & Design for a master bathroom/closet remodel. It involved removing a 2-person Jacuzzi tub and vanity from the bedroom (yes, the bedroom itself) and using that space and the small closet area to create a functional bathroom and walk-in closet. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Although the actual footprint of the bathroom is not that large, Jerry's design makes it feel spacious and it includes a beautiful 5-foot walk-in shower. The new walk-in closet is a dream. Jerry was professional and easy to work with.....accessible throughout the project and always willing to listen to my ideas or offer suggestions. His employees and sub-contractors were all pleasant and well-qualified and every detail was attended to. The estimate for the project was all- inclusive so there were no budget 'surprises' along the way. I would definitely hire Legacy Building & Design for future projects and recommend them to all my friends and family. My only regret is that I can't give them 6 🌟. (Oh yeah, we also had 15 windows replaced at the same time. This project also was a success and I would recommend Legacy to anyone looking for more efficient windows.)
