I can't say enough about this company and the people who run it.
We had just moved to Berthoud in a new build and wanted to have our basement finished for family to come visit. I believe I contacted them in early July and told them I had a time line to be finished by October. They were more than accommodating and looked at the space and we went over ideas.
The plumbing for the bathroom was in very weird place close to the staircase. They said that it would be no problem to move it and gave me the cost to move it. It was well worth it and totally changed the space.
We met with Travis the foreman and he explained what kind of permits we would need and how long it would take to procure them. I then Met with Britt their designer and started doing the fun stuff of picking out flooring , tile and fixtures.
As the project went on we had originally decided not to put in a wet bar but once the basement started to take shape we changed our mind. No problem, they sketched it out and again told us the cost and we went ahead with it.
When it came time to pick a backsplash for the wet bar we found this really cool cobalt blue tile so I asked could we take it all the way to the ceiling because we did not want upper cabinets
No problem. They were so patient when we made the changes mid build and they were finished on time for my family in October.
I also wanted to say they were the cleanest crew we've ever worked with . Before they went home every night it was swept and organized for the next day.
I I could give them more than 5 stars I would. You can't go wrong with Lefort Build

So we are selling our house and was pressed for time. We needed to get our washroom refloored. I found Lefort LLC through Nextdoor app and they came highly recommended. I called up Travis, the owner, and told him our dilemma and he responded , even though they were busy, was able to get his crew here to refloor my washroom in just a few days. Nate and Jason responded to install the floor and it came out beautiful and didn’t take them that much time at all. I would definitely call Lefort construction again.

We just had Lefort Built LLC finish the basement in our new build, and we couldn't be happier! Travis and his team not only finished our basement, but also completed some other jobs in our house, as well as in our backyard. Travis and his team were amazing to work with! Travis helped us repair our home after a large amount of movement that resulted in completely demolishing and refinishing our basement. Travis was very prompt, was a great in between with the structural repair company and myself, and amazing with communication. We really had a fantastic experience with Lefort Construction Company doing a project to convert a 30'x12' unfinished above-garage storage room into a full home office. Travis (the owner) helped us with the initial design and made it clear from the beginning that his goal wasn't necessarily to be the least expensive but to be the best quality with the highest customer service possible. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished result which was completed on-time and at a very competitive cost.

The real appreciation though goes to Nate (his project manager) who ensured we were constantly kept informed who was coming next, when to expect them, and came out numerous times himself to discuss details and make sure the project was proceeding as planned. Nate is a top notch professional and just a heck of a nice guy who was committed to doing the project right.

At the end of the day I feel very blessed to have developed such a good relationship with Lefort and now consider both Travis and Nate good friends and it's an honor to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good local construction project company!

We are delighted with our final result and we are especially appreciative of Travis's contribution at the helm while transforming our basement from concrete to comfort.
