Sharon and the team at Kunz have been great landlords for years. They are quick to respond to tenant needs. Leases terms and rates are very competitive for the hot Denver market. Highly recommend.

We rented office space from them for ten years. We were the type of tenant that rarely called them and paid our rent on time, every month. When it came to move out I asked them about what we needed to do to make sure we would get our security deposit back. They told me they were "gutting" the unit so we did not need to do anything. We moved out and cleaned the unit even though we were told we did not have too. We never received our security deposit. It has been a year of calling them and leaving messages and I have gotten nothing but “the run around” regarding the security deposit. It is clear they are avoiding me and to date, have offered no reason or evidence as to why the deposit was not returned. I do not appreciate there lies and deception when we were loyal tenants for a decade. I would not recommend renting from them.
