Highly highly recommend this business! Customer service cannot be beat! I had talked to Alex a year or so ago and I could tell that they were there to help you. We had a glitch with our furnace. We couldn't be happier with the Lee Heating, Cooling and Ventilation who installed our commercial kitchen hood. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, ensuring we were always informed and involved. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our specific situation. Our design was complicated, since it included separate hoods for a wood burning grill and traditional kitchen appliances. The installation was efficient and clean, and they coordinated seamlessly with engineers, electrician, fabricators and city inspectors. I just purchased my home here in Sheridan. Even though the home went through the inspections I wanted to prepare for winter. So, I was referred by my daughter in-law about Lee. So, I called and they came out the next day and serviced and inspected everything and set-up a by annual inspections. Lee heating were outstanding! On a Sunday night in July our AC was not cooling the house properly and we were leaving the next day for a week out of state. Lee’s answered their phone at 9pm, arranged to diagnose the problem the next day, with our wonderful neighbors letting them in the house, and one week later we had an upgraded outdoor unit and new coil. Excellent, honest and prompt service! Thank you!

Still haveing issues with new thermostic short cycling. 1 deg heat variable, had them install my old one 3 deg variable the following day after a new furnace and thermostat instaled. I need a thermostat with adjustable swing/ differential cycle settings. #2 setting im not the professional shouldn't have to be doing this my self.Contact.them 3 times still not fixed. I ordered a Lux adjustable swing thermostat on line will receive March 5 2021. Should fix my cycleing problem.
