Our furnace suddenly stopped functioning and LeClair Bros responded quickly and installed a new system. Wonderful customer service and Cameron and Larry did an excellent job.

Outstanding service and professionalism. We had furnace trouble a couple of years ago during a cold spell and they quickly responded and repaired our furnace within two hours. They also assessed the furnace, (installed in 1987 - over 35 years old) and recommended replacing it as parts were hard to find. This past month the furnace finally quit for good. They came the same afternoon we called them, gave an estimate, and installed the next morning. A great company to work with. They even provided information for an on-line rebate, which was very helpful.

LeClair has been handling my heating/air conditioning water heating, gas fireplace needs for the last 18 years..They have been very dependable and fairly priced. They keep in touch throughout the process so you know what is going on. I highly recommend them.

We hired this business at the end of December to service and maintain the furnace, humidifier and generator on a home we purchased in Two Rivers. We hired them because there was a label on the furnace indicating they had previously serviced and installed it. In January, a couple of weeks after the technician had been here, the generator wasn't working. We called LeClair and were told they maintain Generac, but don't service them, and we were directed to another service in the Denmark area. The technician from there came and informed us that the technician from LeClair had overfilled the oil receptacle and now there was oil splattered everywhere inside. Additionally, because of this damage, the battery was now dead and needed to be replaced. We had spent $250 with LeClair to only find out it it wasn't properly maintained and had actually caused more damage! Today we had a technician here from Manitowoc Heating and Refrigeration as the humidifier was leaking. That technician informed us that a hose had been left disconnected, the water cartridge had been incorrectly installed and the furnace filter was filthy. Obviously, it was LeClair had left the hose disconnected and the water cartridge incorrectly installed. We had been told the furnace filter was fine in December. It doesn't become "filthy dirty" in less than four months time. I have absolutely no trust in this business whatsoever and would NEVER hire or recommend them to anyone. We have literally wasted hundreds of $$ with them and then other businesses to fix their errors and subsequent damage. HORRIBLE!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is second to none. No frills or misleading conversations. They saved us on more than one instance, most recently with the install of a new furnace. Reasonable pricing, and more importantly they stand by their work! Highly recommend!

Best service ever! Called and they were at my place within 10 min. Came and fixed my issue with furnace and did it in a timely manner. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend them to anybody that needs work done. Very professional crew.

We just had LeClair Bros come and fix our air conditioner. They arrived within a hour (including drive time)of our phone call and went above and beyond. Our house is nice and cool already and our repair man was so nice and helpful.
