Matt and his team performed Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) on my residence and it was quick and simple. After I called Matt, he responded immediately and came check out my property. He then gave me a reasonable quote. After my approval, he uploaded all the photos to EBB website and we get approved within a few days. The construction was done within a few days. The work is neat. Matt was easy to work with. As a PE, he is very knowledge and easy to work with. Unlike some of other construction folks who only care about money, he has the common sense, cares about the quality and accommodates customers. Highly recommended!

We worked with Matt a few years back on the EBB of our house. This project required a lot communications and documentations to get the state to compensate $ 3k for the costs. Matt was great at getting the documentation down and completed the EBB work early. We also were able to get reimbursement on time. Everything worked out smoothly.

This year we are working w Matt again with framing work which also requires a lot back and forth with the city government. We are confident that Matt will again do a great on this and we can rely on him for our house projects!

LCA Construction did the work for the earthquake brace and bolt upgrade on our house. Matt came out, inspected the house and provided the specifics required by the program. Once approved, he did the design work and submitted the details, which were also approved. After that, he scheduled the work, which was done on time and approved by the city code inspectors. It all done efficiently and timely, and for a reasonable price. We couldn't ask for much more.
