We had our home completely remodeled by Ben and LBC Construction and I can only say how impressed and happy we are with his work and most importantly, his work ethic. He always returned calls and/or text messages and we never felt like we were being ignored. He answered our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. His crew was very respectful and responsible with our house and very clean. Everyday they left the worksite clear of clutter, tools, and trash. Ben was an advocate for us when it came down to dealing with the city and its inspectors. Although the entire process was at times stressful, Ben always had our best interest as a top priority. He helped us connect with a designer that worked closely with Ben to bring our ideas to fruition. Ben's experience is evident in his work and how he runs his business. We are very satisfied with his work and we definitely recommend him and his crew for any remodeling needs.

Ben and his crew have worked on several of my clients homes. When preparing a home for sale, Ben has great ideas, work, and results needed to maximize the value and sales price. This also minimizes requested repairs from the buyer during the escrow process. The last house that LBC prepared for sale sold for FULL price and was one of the highest sales in that neighborhood. The buyer even requested that LBC come back and do additional work for them.
When my clients buy a home Ben is there to give ideas of what is and is not possible. His crew can make modifications, repairs, and improvements for their new home.
