We highly recommend LB Construction and Remodeling for home remodeling. We’ve used them for several projects at our home this year - remodeling of two bathrooms, replacement of outdoor siding (including doors and windows), and painting of the whole house. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of the company.
The project manager (Dan Peretz) was very responsive to our questions and schedule requests (even on weekends) and helped us to find local resources to select the bathroom furnishings, windows and doors. He also took care of filing the City permits and inspections, searched around for matching siding (previous model no longer available) and worked with us to adjust scope to take care of unexpected items.
Their crew (led by foreman Edgar) was on-time, flexible in working around our schedule and needs, and kept us informed of the work and brought up options for our consideration. They all acted professionally and cleaned up the job site well each day.
The projects were all completed within cost and schedule - no surprises!

We wholeheartedly express our thanks and appreciation to LB Construction & Remodeling. We used them for a tandem garage conversion, where we turned 1/2 the space into a living/office area to include a bathroom, laundry and wet bar and the other 1/2 to remain as a cleaned-up garage space.

Our Project Manager was Adi, and you couldn’t ask for a better guide and partner through a remodeling project. First, he was knowledgeable and calm, available throughout, gave timely updates, good suggestions, politely diverted our anxious questions with reassurances, always advocated when there were any issues that came up and facilitated requests we had with the work team. When we interviewed the company at the beginning, they told us their crew would be there from 8am-5pm, M-F (occasional Sat if needed)) and that proved true and also to be extremely important for keeping the schedule moving forward without delays.

Oscar was our crew lead, and he also kept things moving and coordinated with the work team and was responsive to Adi’s requests. The crew were hardworking, polite and professional. LB was also able to bring in specialists when needed such as for the countertop installation.

LB Construction gave us an accurate bid at the beginning and we only had one change order throughout the project. That was to replace a 90 year old blocked & rusted drainage pipe they discovered, so certainly in our best interest to replace.

Another advantage was their architect who developed the plans for the city, responded to their questions and requests, and kept the plan approval process moving. This was included in the initial bid.

We were given a payment schedule at the beginning which was adhered to and made budgeting clear and easy to follow.

We highly recommend LB Construction & Remodeling, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Amazing work by the team. Very professional and every step of the way was communicated well. They even dealt with Home Depot for us when the shower door we bought came with missing parts. Needed a bathroom remodel to make my old one into a modern shower room with handles for my disabled parents. Dan was super professional, and extremely communicative through the process. They are not designers so you will need to choose and buy the items yourself, although once purchased they will do all the pick up etc. Daily updates with pictures, questions asked before making decisions. They took everything down to the studs, rewired and upgraded the electric box, added new plumbing and did everything to code. Now they were not the cheapest by a margin, but you pay for quality and they delivered.
