Dangerous place. Even the pd are meaner in this area. Thefts, break ins. Ect are daily occurrence. Left kitchen window slightly open (my fault) came home smart tv gone sound system ect. During the day most people are gone working. So from 5 am to 5 pm the streets are desolate. But I never got assaulted thank god. It isn’t Mexico just. It’s ironic how the working class minimum wage get jacked. St the aunts house at rivers oaks I never locked my truck never had robbery issues but fast forward g

It's in a really bad neighborhood. You should not feel safe at night here, or in any of the alleyways. The majority of crimes in Lompoc happen within a five block radius of here. There have been several muders, stabbings, and drug deals in this area. It is the center of crime, violence, and gang activity for the city.
