I have used Landrum Construction twice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all of your handyman needs. Tim responded promptly to my texts, was flexible in scheduling appointments, was meticulous both in addressing my work and in cleaning up afterwards. His most recent work included installing an electrical outlet in my bathroom next to my toilet and then installing my electrical Toto bidet. His work was flawless. I will definitely call on him for future handyman needs.

I accidentally broke my living room window one night and was so worried because it was a big window and we lived on a busy road. I was nervous people would come break into our home. I called Landrum Construction and Repair Services after hours, and they got back to me almost immediately. Tim was able to come out the next day and replaced the broken glass. He was polite and processional. He cut it perfectly on-site and installed it so quickly. I think they could tell I was super panicked when I called so I really appreciated their quick response. I highly recommend them and would call them again for any home job!
