Valon and his team did a gut renovation on our ground floor brownstone apartment and the place looks fantastic! They worked quickly, are very friendly, and the finished apartment is stunning.

They took down the walls and levelled the floor to create an open plan kitchen/living room, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a new full width outside metal deck to provide the 2nd floor with access to the garden. it involved some structural steel work and structural beam work to reinforce the existing floor and wall. Prices were reasonable and Valon handled all surprises that came up during construction. Louis and the rest of the team were also very hard working, friendly and did a phenomenal job. we love the new apartment!

Valon and his team are a rarity these days. The remodel on my home was impeccable. His team showed up everyday on time and are some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I recently bought a house that needed a near full interior renovation. Valon is very knowledgeable in his line of work and he gave awesome suggestions on how I can improve the look on the inside of my house. Valon and his team were able to finish the job at the said time even when I wanted more work done during the middle of renovation. His prices was very reasonable. A couple months later, there were minor things that needed to touch up and he didn’t hesitate to follow up at no extra charge. This shows me that his goal is all about customer satisfaction and will definitely recommend him to anyone.

Landmark was referred to me after my house was damaged by a fire and I was in need of a contractor. When I called Valon he immediately responded and was at my house within 1/2 hour after my initial phone call. Two days later I received a written estimate. Only a few days later after receiving the estimate the work began. Valon and his team were very professional, extremely neat and efficient.. All the work that was promised was done in a very workmanlike manner. I highly recommend this company. They deliver what they promise!!
