Rick, Kellie, and the team remodeled our bonus room converting into a teenage hangout. They also replaced the fireplace and stone in our living room.

Rick and his team at Lakeville did an incredible job adding a bathroom and new hallway to our forty year old home. We have been wanting to add a bathroom to our guest room for years but never made an attempt due to the complicated engineering that was required. The bathroom would be built in a large attic space that was oddly shaped and it would be at a different level from the guest room. Rick and his team listened to what we were asking for, took a look at the engineering challenge we presented and came up with a design that worked for us. As they built, they had to pivot from the architectural design multiple times because the original architectural plans for our home did not show some of the deviations the builders had made. Each time, Rick made it work. In fact, they added little touches that made the space even more inviting and functional. Rick and his team communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we understood where the project was at each major milestone. We are now enjoying the new addition to our home and the project has really exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Rick and your team at Lakeville!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lakeville Homes on a house remodel. From start to finish, the team at Lakeville Homes was amazing, treating the project as if it were their own home. They provided valuable tips and insights along the way, helping us make informed decisions about the remodel. Their staff of project managers and amazing designers kept everything organized and helped me with design choices along the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was that Lakeville would remind us of areas of the house that weren’t in our original plans, this really helped us to stay in control of the project! It was also wonderful to have Lakeville involved in the architecture planning stages, as they were able to bring a level of reality to the plans, helping suggest tweaks to the architecture plans that would allow us to achieve our vision AND stay within budget.

During a remodel, there are a LOT of decisions that have to be made along the way. As two working parents, we appreciated Lakeville's ability to quickly learn what mattered to us and provide us with a small list options for all the decisions. For example, when it was time to find a new front door, they provided us with just a handful of options based on what they already knew about our needs and style; so instead of being overwhelmed with choices, we had a concise list of options based on price points and our style; and we could work with them to iterate from there.
