I highly recommend Lake and trails Marine. They were very helpful in fixing our pontoons fuel system, saved us a lot of money and gave us some tips. They are very knowledgeable and will definitely use them again. not to mention very kind!!

I appreciate Toms willingness to take my old scrap lawnmowers, which he did for free. What I didn’t appreciate was Tom not listening to me when I told him I didn’t want to spend too much because I was going to sell the machine , and then not receiving a call with additional problems/ charges so I could decide if I wanted to spend more. And having the bill be over $300.

Had these guys pick up my mower to fix the throttle cable. Not only did I not hear anything for 6 weeks, but when they finally got back to me, I found out that they dropped my mower off at someone else’s house. Got the mower started and went to press the throttle AND IT SNAPPED AGAIN! These scammers tried to charge me almost $200 and didn’t even replace the part they were suppose to, they just bent the wire a little. If you want your small engine to be “rigged” instead of fixed, this is the place to go. Con artists. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The right combination of competitive pricing and friendly knowledgeable service. I bought a walk behind weed whip here. They made sure it was run-ready, and sent extra oil.

Super impressed with the Echo products they carry. I had on/off switch go bad on 2 different back pack blowers and they warrantied the parts and labor! Recommend!

Had my boat all winter got it back in the spring “fixed” and it ran for about 5 minutes. Brought it back and they again “fixed” the boat. Ran it again for about 5 minutes at the lake and it died. Brought it back a third time only to be told that it was some how my fault and the battery was dead. Basically said there was nothing they could do but throw more parts and money at it. Cost me $2,400 lots of time running it back and forth to have a boat for 10 minute of the year and then be shooed off with no explanation as to what happened.
