We've had the pleasure of working with Lakefront Building & Design, owned by Andrew and Ashley Favorite, not once, but twice now. Our first project was a detached garage, and we were so impressed that we decided to work with them again for our retirement home.

Owner and builder Andrew Favorite and his crew literally made our 40-year-old dream of having a cabin on a northern Wisconsin lake come true. We wanted to find a builder who would work with us on our design of a small, off-the-grid, contemporary cabin. The design was unique, and the building site is remote, so finding the right builder in northern Wisconsin willing to work with us was a challenge. The first builder we met with told us what he would do, rather than what we wanted. In contrast, Andrew listened to us and gave advice, turning our design plan into a construction plan. Andrew works alongside or closely supervises the work of his crew. The sub-contractors that he used did a great job, too.
