#2 review ~ I’m adding this on top of my last review and adding new pictures. (One is in a shadow so the deck material looks darker and ‘bluer’). Barry did all three of my decks in composite Trex Enhance Foggy Wharf, which matches beautifully with the Rainer colored steps. Again, as I said, I would use Barry again, and I did. His work was excellent, and he rebuilt our supports for the decks with piers for greater stability. His work was done on time, his attention to detail is commendable. I have no complaints and am happily going barefoot on our new deck!

I had a 20 year old cedar deck that was rotting and no longer safe. Barry came in and replaced the decking with composite material and installed aluminum handrails. He was also able to repair the structural members saving me a lot of money. He also built a new deck for my daughter and her husband. Barry just completed fencing in our backyard and it looks great! Barry worked literally from dawn to night fall in cold weather until the jobs were complete. He has great craftsmanship and an eye for getting the details right. I have a patio cover remove and install project for him at a rental property that he will start soon. I highly recommend Barry!

Barry was an absolute pleasure to work with. A true professional, he responded quickly to my initial inquiry and provided prompt feedback through the entire project. He was flexible for our unique situation (I live out of state, the project was an external staircase for my parents who live at the Lake), and so respectful. He came in under budget and ahead of schedule. The end project is beautiful and incredibly well done. We cannot recommend him enough for any construction projects you are looking for. We have used Barry from Lake Ozark Remodel and Construction at two different job sites. Barry was able to dig 9 piers in a very challenging hillside location adding much needed
strength to our deck. He worked tirelessly (often by himself) to make sure the project was conducted safely and on-time. He went above and beyond doing small things that others would
have likely overlooked (e.g. adding additional joist hangers, notching around existing structure) and performed extra work like reconnecting railing and decking boards that was not in the
original bid. He was able to lift the entire corner of the deck 3-4” and added meaningful beams with additional supports to the entire deck system. He was able to remove old stringers under
the stairs and went above and beyond to strengthen the stringer connections to the deck. Couldn’t be more please with the outcome, price and quality he was able to provide. We will absolutely call Barry from Lake Ozark Remodel and Construction again for any future projects!

I paid my 50% on May 3rd 2022 with a start date supposedly of 5/11/2022. To date there has been nothing done and now he's become non responsive to text messages, you can't leave a voicemail when he doesn't pick up the phone because the mailbox is full, he doesn't respond to emails. This is highly unprofessional and criminal. I went with his company after getting several bids because I wanted to help a small business owner and a VETERAN. So disappointing. I too will be forced to file suit for breach of contract.
