I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I hired LABI Builders to do a total remodel on my kitchen before I put my house on the market. From bid, to design, to construction and finished project, this company was professional and delivered above and beyond every expectation I hoped for.

Assaf Labi, the owner, was hands on from concept to installation, making recommendations on style of cabinetry, tile, backsplash and flooring. His knowledge of construction, remodel and commitment to quality and customer support was very impressive. It was very reassuring to have someone that not only knew construction/installation but also had a great eye in design as well. What I appreciated was that during construction, Assaf would come to the site almost every day to make sure everything was running smoothly. He would also update me daily on what was going to take place each day. That’s something I have never experienced in the past with other contractors. Amazing!

Assaf also has a close-knit team of professionals who each specialize in their own fields: plumbing, painting, dry wall, electrical, flooring, tile and backsplash installation who were always professional, meticulous, punctual and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Labi builders also have a great designer who worked with me to create a beautiful computer-generated design that was both functionable and esthetically pleasing.
I also want to give a big shout out the to the Assaf’s project managers, Noam and Israel. Along with Assaf they over saw the crews and went above and beyond to keep everything working smoothly and on schedule.

In the end, my kitchen was completed on budget, completed two weeks earlier than scheduled and… looked amazing!!!!!!!!!! My home is now in escrow and the new perspective owners asked who remodeled the kitchen as they are planning to reach out to Labi Builders for their future projects.

If you are looking to do construction or remodeling look no further than Labi Builders. 5-Stars is not enough. Wish I could give them 10!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Assaf Labi and Labi Builders. They just finished a large remodel on my home in Echo Park, and they did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

For this project, they completely gutted a bathroom in a 100-year-old house and did a major remodel on the kitchen and new flooring, lighting, and paint throughout. From the beginning, Assaf was responsive and professional. He submitted and stuck to a very reasonable budget for all the different aspects of the project. He gave an estimate of the time it would take to complete the project, and he delivered without a hitch. I appreciated that he was available to start immediately and came through on his timeline. He helped me with some of the design elements for the project, and then referred me to very high-quality vendors for all the materials. He helped me select what would work best for the space and secured discounts from all the vendors. All of his crews were fantastic; the craftsmanship and attention to detail was top notch, and they were careful with the house, punctual, and cleaned up every day. From tile installation, painting, flooring, cabinet work and counter installation, electrical and plumbing, installation of a bathroom vanity, cast iron tub, and all the other bathroom fixtures, I loved everything. And the best thing was how punctual and responsive Assaf was to any question I had. He was always available within minutes of a call or text and talked through every single issue no matter how large or small. They won’t be the cheapest quote you get (in part because other quotes are not real quotes and they will get you later with "unexpected" additional costs), but they will be the best because of their high-quality workmanship and professionalism in everything they do. This was our second project with Labi Builders, and we are somehow even more happy than the first.

Before we bought our house two years ago we knew we needed to do a full renovation, but we didn’t know the costs we would incur. We called a few contractors and no one would meet with us because we didn’t own the property yet. Assaf was the only contractor willing to meet with us and gave an honest assessment of the rough costs of our dream renovations.

After buying the house we decided to meet with other contractors to get their estimates, but Labi Builders was the only company that offered the following:
Full scope of work and clear timeline
Itemized cost breakdown in stages
Invoicing occurs only once work is finished and meets expectations
Clear and consistent communication.

We loved our kitchen and main bedroom remodel so much that when it came to remodeling our bathroom and guest room we didn’t even consider getting quotes from other contractors.

Very strong customer service, and if there were small issues or things that needed to be tweaked it was never a problem

When we were looking for a contractor to redo our kitchen, a friend referred us to Assaf at Labi Builders and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The process of searching for an affordable contractor post-COVID was a nightmare. The quotes we received were astronomical and all over the map in terms of pricing. Thankfully, Assaf came in at a price that felt fair without having to cut corners. He was upfront about where there may be overages so there were no surprises later. We also liked the fact that he was available to start right away and to accomplish the job in a reasonable timetable. He promised to have the job done in under 8 weeks and the majority of the work was done in 6 so he actually beat his own estimate. These guys are FAST. Most importantly, the communication was top notch. We always knew what Assaf and his team would be doing each week and at the end of the week we would go over what had been accomplished. Occasionally, issues would crop up here and there, but Assaf always made sure to listen and address any concerns we had.

We love our new kitchen and would work with Assaf and his team again in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. From the beginning they delivered what they had promised. The entire on site work took about 2 weeks, this including removing all the old concrete and other old materials up until the installation of the new deck. They were communicative and worked every day, cleaned up after themselves and were overall an amazing team to be around and work with. We loved their design and quality of work. Will highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a master bathroom vanity replaced. First of all, everyone is beyond professional, knowledgable and helpful. All the workers were basically "in and out" with very little disturbance to our routine. I had a custom vanity built to suit our needs and it is absolutely top-notch. I cannot recommend Labi Builders enough! In fact, I am going to have another project done with them asap!
