My experience with this roofing project was excellent from beginning to end. I had been procrastinating on getting it done, thinking it would be a stressful process. But Bryson, our roofer, really proved me wrong. I had numerous inquiries regarding the roofing materials and their warranty. To my surprise, Bryson was able to answer all my questions immediately and with absolute certainty. He showed his total dedication to our project. He guided us in choosing the right color for our shingles, suggested we use a more robust ridge cap, and promptly scheduled the project's initiation. He came on site at 7:30 sharp, just as he promised, and the task was wrapped up in just a day and a half. They even brought in an innovative trailer that was elevated to the level of our roof to collect all the debris. It was quite a sight to behold. By the time the team packed up and left, there was not a speck of dust left in our yard. I am thrilled with their service. If you're considering a new roof in Los Angeles, you will not be disappointed with this team. I wish I could rate them with 10 stars, but since the limit is 5, I'll settle for that. My father-in-law, who is 84 years old and lives next to me, needed a new roof for his 1700 square foot single story house. Despite him being sharp, I didn't want him to handle roofers by himself. We met with a handful of roofers, some of which gave us high quotes and lengthy presentations. All we needed was a simple asphalt shingle roof. Then we encountered a roofing company. Their representative, trenton, arrived at my father-in-law's house on time, acted respectfully and was very informative. My father-in-law and I both agreed after our brief meeting with him that they were the right choice. We checked their references and legal standing, all of which met our expectations. We then called trenton back and told him they were our choice. He gave us a timeline, handled our permit, scheduled inspections, and ordered materials. They asked for a 1000 dollar deposit and didn't request more until the job was entirely done. They met every deadline and kept us updated on what was coming next. When they found 18 sheets of bad plywood while removing the old roof, they had a team of 8 people on it right away. They worked from dawn till dusk, replacing a good amount of wood. All of this was agreed upon in our contract before the job began. bryson, a senior member of the team, was on the roof most days, often with one of his sons. Their operation was impressive, especially their clean job site. Any miscommunications were quickly clarified. For instance, I noticed they hadn't installed the ventilated ridge cap we ordered. When I spoke to bryson about this, he spoke with his father immediately. He refused to deduct it from our bill and instead insisted on delivering what was promised. An hour later, his team was back on the roof installing the new vented ridge cap. I was truly impressed with their commitment to keeping their word. To top it all off, we came home one day to find them painting the replaced plywood and facia boards. It's clear that this is a family-run business where employees work hard and are treated well. I can't find a single reason not to recommend them, from price to job completion. They're a great choice for any roof repair or replacement needs.
