I submitted the request information form and I was contacted via email by Mr. Aaron Smith. I responded to the email and when I did not receive a follow-up I decided to call the number listed on the email.
When I called Mr. Smith did not answer the phone professionally so I had to clarify who I was speaking with. He asked which space did I inquire about and I informed him and that I wanted to view it in person. He response was "It’s just a room" I mentioned to him that I'm a visual person and that I wanted to see the space in person, walk through, and look at the bathrooms. He stated "Its a common bathroom and there's no water". He mentioned there's no water because on the inquiry email it asked what amenities did I need and I stated I needed a sink but I have a resolution for that. I didn't get a chance to disclose to him that I was going to purchase a portable sink.
Nevertheless, when he responded in the manner that he did which wasn't pleasant nor helpful I stated "Thank you have a nice day" and ended the call.
I feel like regardless to that fact that it is "just a room" what is the problem with me seeing it? I am very disappointed because I really liked the video that I was sent of "room" but I would have liked the opportunity to view it. The experience was VERY discouraging and I felt as if maybe he doesn't want me in that office space. With an attitude like that it's causing me not to want to inquire about any office spaces that I see online that are attached to this company.
