Upgraded my 2 channel system with a focus on music. Don and his team did a fantastic job of recommending synergistic components and speakers for the absolute best sound. Don is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. The installation went smoothly and the service is second to none. Would highly recommend KKA for anything to do with music or home theater.

Made a recent purchase from Krystal Clear Audio. The owner Don is very knowledgeable in high end audio systems. After several discussions, we arrived at a solution that I am very pleased with. Amazing service. Mr Don calibrated my 900f Sony TV and breathed a new life into it. Truly breathtaking end-result. He also explained all the settings he was adjusting while also giving tips and advices for your system overall. Truly a great man. 100% recommended if you want a true professional to bring your system to a whole new level.

Krystal Clear is by far, hands-down, the very definition of customer service! Don, the owner, along with Steve and Tommy, the techs, were outstanding on every level every step of the way throughout the purchase process and complete set up of my new Sony TV. They were the most thorough, the most knowledgeable and the most efficient team I have ever experienced. In our world where standards have seemed to sink so low over time, Krystal Clear is a beacon of professionalism of the highest standard! After three previous extremely frustrating appointments with Best Buy which left me with more problems than I started with, it was pure pleasure to have discovered Krystal Clear. We bought an entire AV system from Krystal Clear about 13 years ago and we have loved the system and support we received over the years. We moved to Virginia recently and required an upgrade to our system. We contacted Krystal Clear and they provided the upgrade equipment at a very good price and provided excellent remote support in walking us through configuring the equipment for optimum performance. Krystal Clear Audio has taken care of numerous of my audio and video needs, including a very high end 2 channel system, a living room home theater, both standing and in-wall speakers, projector and television sales (along with free calibration), universal remotes, etc. I am a picky audiophile and Don and his team are absolutely great to work with. They show the same professionalism and committment for both big jobs and small, without the snobbery of other high end audio stores. Their customer service is the best! I recommend them without hesitation.
