Shane is just an amazing guy! After spending close to $700 for two different plumbing companies who were not able to fix or diagnose our problem, we called Shane on a recommendation from two family members. Although he is not a plumber, he quickly diagnosed our water issues as simply a faulty faucet. He was super friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. Imagine my surprise when I asked what I owed him and he replied, "nothing, just call me if you ever have any well issues". What a breathe of fresh air this guy is! I would recommend him 100 percent!

Shane is nice, honest, efficient, fair on price, and great to work with. He came very next morning and replaced the well pump. I had a shower before noon. Highly recommend him if you like water working in your house.

Our well stopped working mid-day on the opening day of deer season. Called Kromer's Pump Service. Shane answered the phone and was onsite in about an hour. Shane was very knowledgeable, skilled, honest, and had our problem fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend Kromer's for any pump/well related work. Great experience!

TOP notch service, GREAT guy! I awoke to no water on a day not fit for humans... -15 F. I was convinced my well had frozen. I tried everything I knew, things I learned on Reddit, things all of the other well people (including the ones who I paid thousands of dollars to when we moved in to replace most of it) told me to try because they couldn't come out on a Sunday......and then.... I was referred to Shane by another well driller.

Shane came out right away, investigated, determined my issue was not, in fact, caused by freezing but rather by a faulty wire, fixed it, and had me working again before noon.

Pricing was beyond fair. Service was incredible. AND, I learned a bunch about my well.

This is THE guy to call with well issues. Period. If you live in WI, and you have a well, store his number. Just do it.

Highly recommend! Called at 4pm on a Friday, Shane was at our house by 4:55 and gone again by 5:35. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Very professional and polite. We will be happy to recommend Kromer's!

We received Shane's contact info from a family member who said Shane does great work. Even "great work" is an understatement. Called Shane when our water suddenly went out and even after telling him we could manage without water for a while he went above and beyond to fit us in immediately and ensure water was restored. The guy is amazing. So professional yet warm/comfortable, extremely knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process, reasonable and honest in terms of not pushing items we didn't need, and a very hard worker. There are very few businesses with all 5 star reviews, and this guy deserves every single one. Thanks, Shane!

I sent an email in the middle of the night and they responded fast. Called before 7:00 am and was over to fix my problem in less than 1 hour. He was very knowledgeable and was a genuine guy. Had it fixed and gone in less than 1 hour. He made me aware of other issues that might arise later but did not recommend other services that he said I did not need at the time. I would not hesitate to contact him again for service and will recommend him to anyone that needs repairs.
