Contrary to what’s listed on Google search results AND on the Kroger website(see image), this store does NOT always close at 1am. I have observed this on several occasions (along with others who have posted feedback). This is bad. Consumers are really wasting a trip at night when this store is closed prematurely. There is no signage outside the store to indicate their “variable” hours(see image). It’s doubtful that the store is even closing properly. Just after midnight I observed that the doors were locked and there were dozens of carts still in the parking lot (see image). Given its location, I’m sure many of these carts ended up in the far reaches of the county or state by sunrise….at a cost. Abandoned carts, variable store hours, missing signage are all signs of sub-par management or assistant management. {I also wonder if they pay a security guard to stay around until 1am on days when the store closes at midnight}. Yikes.

Had a pickup order for 5-6 set today and when I came to pick it up it was 35 minutes before I went up to the door to ask about it. The young man at the door seemed shocked I’d come up and I explained I had a pickup order and i didn’t know if they received the notification that I was here. He asked me my name and then shut the door and I never saw him again. Cut to me going inside to ask about the order directly. The nice lady at the front brought me to the back and talked to the manager who said it’d be 34-45 more minutes because they’re running behind. I asked to speak to the manager directly and the woman said “don’t get your feelings hurt trying to talk to her. Just be nice”. Odd? I told the manager that I’d been waiting for my order for 40 minutes and she didn’t seem to care and said we’re running behind. I said why wasn’t I notified of that? She said it’s a third party thing it’s nothing I can do. I said why didn’t you say anything when I came up to the door? She said I didn’t see you at the door or talk to you. Lie. I saw her in there and she knew someone had asked about an order and still didn’t say anything about it. I told her I am also in customer service and I’d never treat my customers like that. And reiterated that they too would be upset too if they waited (going on) an hour for a little grocery pickup. Awful management and unprofessional staff.

They took me to the back and it was sitting on the floor getting hot for 2 hours

Kristen is so rude, highly unprofessional and dismissive!!!

I’ve been shopping at this store for over two years, and one associate is consistently rude and passive-aggressive toward me. Tonight, I simply asked for help at self-checkout, and she dismissed me, then talked about me to security as if I was being disrespectful—when all I said was “Excuse me, ma’am.” This isn’t the first time. She’s walked off mid-sentence while I was explaining myself, and has made unnecessary comments before closing time. I’m usually quiet, listening to music, and minding my business. Her attitude feels personal and unprofessional, and it’s left me feeling disrespected more than once.

Called customer service around 7:30pm and no one answers. Tried calling the pharmacy and they were able to transfer me but when customer service picks up they just answer and then hang up. Did that three times total. I thought it might be the phone not working at the customer service until I read some other reviews about them closing early and not letting people in. Now I suspect they were just pretending like they couldn't hear me and hung up so that they can close. Customer service is supposed to close at 8pm.

There money services sucks. They are either not there have a sign saying open in 2 hours. Then a line that's a mile long. And if you need a money order at anything from there after 5:30-6 save your self some time and just go somewhere else. Cause they close it at 5-6 pm every day

Just moved to the neighborhood went online and checked and they were open till 1 AM. Arrived at the store approximately 1115 begin my shopping. I’m helping out a friend so I was picking up two orders of supplies all of a sudden a message comes over the system saying the store will be closing in 15 minutes, which would be 12 o’clock Midnight so I hurriedly try to find the things that I came for, go to the front of the store confirm with a clerk that they indeed are closing at 12 and she is standing there with her purse on her arm going oh yeah we close it at midnight. I Ring up my orders the computer goes off calling for a flashing light and help and tells me someone will be with me shortly.
2 women walk by looking at me. They look like employees and one of them turns and looks at me and says we’re closed. I said I’m trying to make my purchase. Finally after a prolonged wait the disgruntled employee unlocked the system so I could pay. I will not be returning to this store. People If you don’t like your job get a new one, it really impacts your entire life as well as others! ☮️

Did a pick up order, gave advance notice that I was on my way. Was waiting in my spot for 30 minutes before I walked in the store to see what was going on. The self checkout associate called the store pick up associate multiple times over the intercom and they never called her. She finally was able to see him in point him out to me. walked over and let him know that I had already been waiting for 30 minutes and was wondering how much longer it was going to take for me to get the groceries. He gave me an attitude and asked me if I did an Instacart order or through Kroger and I told him it was Kroger. He went in the back, pulled up my order and came out with the two baskets and put them on the ground for me to take the bags out. Let him know that there was other people waiting outside as the same time as me and he gave me an attitude and said that they weren’t there for grocery pick up. Don’t offer a service if you guys cannot provide it properly and in a timely manner (in total, it took between 40-50 mins for me to get my pick up order).
