This company claims to be "Houston’s Premier Association Management Company", claims to have "a reputation for excellence" through a "local, award-winning culture" and promises to deliver "Extraordinary service". So far, our Property Manager Tasha Restrepo has done nothing but act as a bureaucrat, always finding excuses for not doing her job instead of finding solutions to problems. She even includes the phrase "What can I do to make today incredible for you?" in her email signature, which is nothing short of a joke, as she just does the complete opposite every chance she gets. Even when I had a member of the HOA send her an e-mail with specific instructions to assist me, she ignored that and refused service. What a joke!

I’d give zero stars if I could, received an HOA statement which I thought was paid through 2026 LATE of course with a late fee and interest. After I paid it, I was sent another statement with March interest. It was paid in March. I hope our community changes management, the pool is delayed another year as well. I was told summer of 2025. This HOA and management are an extreme disappointment

As you can see I am a Local Guid status so you know this review is sincere and legitimate. KRJ is not the solution for most of your HOA problems. At the beginning I thought our HOA was the only one being neglected so I started talking to others and we are all feeling the same (3 HOAs). Your requests are ignored and they will take zero and I mean zero effort to fix things. If you don’t believe me, please do yourself a favor and sign a short term contract so you may move to another company sooner. If you want details, contact me.

Our community is very pleased to have such a dedicated community manager. Dilma Camarillo is a hard worker and always finds the time to answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner. She is always helpful to find solutions and answer questions that the board may have, and she knows when to seek clarification from the accounting department regarding the financials or from the attorney regarding the governing documents. She is also hands on by spending time working at our community once a week to perform site inspections for common area maintenance and to ensure all residents follow the community rules. Thank you, Dilma, for your hard work and dedication to improve our community.
