Alex has been taking care of our lift and pier for the past 4 years I've lived on Lake Sherwood. Very timely in putting in in Spring and taking out in Fall. When my ShoreMaster Lift broke a cable he replaced it very quickly and reasonably. I would definitely recommend his company for all your shore needs.

When we needed to replace an old deteriorated wood pier, we called Alex at Knee Deep Shore Supplies to see if he could help us. He arrived at our place in an hour. He had good options to suggest at reasonable prices & let us pick & choose while answering all our questions. We went with Knee Deep because Alex offered to quickly remove our old wood pier & expeditiously install our selected pier & layout. Alex facilitated everything & made sure we were happy. A year later heavy wet snow collapsed pine tree limbs onto our old boat lift, damaging the canopy. Alex offered to purchase the old lift & replace it with a 5000# 10ft wide new screw drive Floe lift that's trouble free & serves us nicely. We're very pleased with our shore setup. Plus Alex & crew do an excellent job of Fall takeouts & Spring installs in a timely, accommodating, manner. We've been in good hands with Alex & Knee Deep always being very reliable over the years! Thank you Alex!!
