We requested several bids for remodeling of 4 commercial bathrooms at Copper Mountain Conference Center, this was a very large project and Kris / K&M Construction was awarded the contract for the job and was able to complete this huge remodel project which included demolition and reconstruction within the 6 week deadline for completion. Kris's subcontractors were all professionals in their field and Kris himself was on site throughout the project. I later used Kris's company for some personal home repairs at my residence in Summit county and could not be happier with his performance and follow through.

I first met Kris Steuber when I was getting bids for a complete condo remodel in Dillon, Colorado. I was immediately impressed by the thoroughness with which he evaluated what I wanted and the scope of the job. I was not looking for someone who quickly said, "I can do that" to every idea I had. I wanted someone who could honestly evaluate what of my ideas made sense and what did not, and explain their rationale to me. K&M was the right contractor for me.

I also was doing this project from 1200 miles away. K&M kept me informed every step of the way with emails and pictures...lots of pictures. I absolutely needed this to feel comfortable that the project was proceeding as planned.

The end result is a beautifully remodeled condo that has exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is remarkable. Guests actually touch the doors and remark how beautiful they are. There have been a few tweaks needed since I have moved in. K&M has been immediately responsive.

I recommend K&M construction without reservation.

Kris and his team did a full renovation our our Frisco townhome. He consistently went above and beyond on his communication with us, and did an incredible job. He was great to work with, and we always knew we were in good hands! We would highly recommend him.
