We used KLM for a 4,000 square foot commercial kitchen renovation. It was our first commercial project and first time working with KLM. Mike and his team were invaluable in helping us navigate the process, which if you're new to it, can be overwhelming. But not once did we feel lost or lacking. His response time on even the smallest detail or question was fast, their subcontractors were reliable and professional across the board, and the project came in under budget on time. Not sure what else you can ask for. Honestly can't recommend KLM enough.
