The KJ's Heating & Air team is wonderful, from the first call to the invoicing process! Lee & Wade were friendly on the phone when I called b/c they were on our community's list of Preferred Vendors. They were patient and flexible with me to schedule a time for the tech to come out. The morning of the appointment, they checked in with me to confirm when Danny is expected to arrive.
Upon arrival, Danny got right to work troubleshooting what was going on with our non-working heater. He was able to come back and let me know the various issues found, recommendations for both the short and long term fix. Danny got our heat back up & running in less than 90 minutes via the short term option and said he would send an email with all the details for the long term recommendation, whenever we're ready.
The invoice & recommendation both came in email before the end of the day. I was able to make payment via credit card from the email link and wrap up everything right away!

KJ’s Heating and Air was a pleasure to do business with and I wish I had called them first. The first company I called sent out a technician which quoted me a $7500 solution to fix my 20-year-old AC unit and when they left, I could not turn off the attic fan blowing untreated air throughout my house. Based on the high dollar amount I was initially quoted, I asked for advice from a few people, and KJ’s Heating and Air was repeatedly recommended. I called Lee at KJ’s to schedule an appointment and he rearranged his morning schedule to accommodate for my work schedule and sent out technicians Danny and Everett the very next morning. Within 2 minutes Danny and Everett discovered all my AC unit needed was a new capacitor and within 15 minutes my AC unit was running strong. They then climbed into my attic and fixed the attic fan that the other company left running. KJ’s billed me for the repair and let’s just say it was a tiny fraction of the $7500 I was initially quoted. KJ’s Heating and Air is an honest, professional, and no-nonsense company that I am excited to recommend to others. What’s the moral of this story? Always get a second opinion or just call KJ’s first and skip that step.

KJ's Heating and Air is the company you want to call when you have a heating or air conditioning problem. I called them, and they sent out some technicians within two hours. They were friendly and very professional. They fixed my furnace problem in no time at all! I was very satisfied and happy with the service I received from them. I felt that they were up front and honest with me, and I will definitely call them again in the future whenever I have an air conditioning or furnace problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their systems!
