Random person crashed their car into my house causing significant damage to my house and tore down the fence to my back yard. I had no idea what I was going to do. After speaking with Brittany and informing her of my situation, she assured me that her company can handle all of the work and deal with the insurance company. The very next day they had someone come out and remove the broken pieces from my house and patched up the holes. That way I wouldn’t have to worry about the weather or animals making their way into my house. That gave me piece of mind & showed me they cared about my situation. They kept me up to date when work was being done. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had my house back to normal in under three months. The only delay was because of insurance, or it would have been finished sooner than that!! From the very first interaction I had, until they very end Kinsman Construction took care of me. If you need any construction projects or home repairs I highly recommend using these guys! 10/10

Kinsman Constructin did a fantrastic job GCing our Paired Homes in Golden They followed the budget and time table, juggling the hard to find sub contractors and keeping them on task and on time. Knsman's systems for tracking the project and costs were easy to follow and very accurate. It took just over a year from ground breaking to completion. After the project was completed, Kinsman followed up with the new owners, responding quickly to some of the small details that needed to be addressed.

I have lived in my home built by Kinsman for a year and a half. The windows spontaneously cracked and had to be replaced, the grout in the showers have begun eroding, the baseboards in almost every room are bubbling because water is getting into the house. I had to replace the cheap kitchen faucet already, the cabinets have had to be repaired. The HVAC system won’t cool the third floor because they didn’t put in an adequate unit. This is just a few of the things that have begun to fall apart after a short period of time. Even if there is a budget there is no excuse for poor quality and poor craftsmanship. Also, they did not honor the fact that they would take a VA loan and waited until a week before closing to refuse it. So that makes me question their integrity. There are plenty of builders out there, pick a different one.

My advice is to RUN from this construction company. Our home may look nice on the surface, but after a year and a half, everything is falling apart. Even the things they "fixed" during our one year "warranty" are going to have to be completely redone on our dime thanks to their poor quality, lack of attention to detail, and what was clearly a cash grab to make a house as cheaply and poorly as possible to get the most profit. Shame on Kinsman.

Kinsman Construction did a fantastic job on our home remodel. James’ organization was very honest and responsive to work with. The quality of work was very high. They use very good subcontractors. They had a good change order process for when the scope and budget needed to be modified. I would highly recommend them.

Kinsman Construction did a great job on remodeling our kitchen. Not only was the outcome what we wanted but they did it faster than planned! We've used other companies in the past to remodel different areas of our home but none have compared. I highly recommend. We will definitely be using them in the future.
