Its not easy selling nightly lodging, even if its the best place in town ;-). Kim has a process that she uses to evaluate the business and give you a price that will stand up to inspections, appraisals and banks. Her professionalism, knowledge and attitude give you a piece of mind that everything that can be done, is being done to sell your business.
