Everyone I worked with great, they were all very polite and pleasant to work with and were always communicating and updating me through the whole process. Nick was a pleasure to work with and he and his crew came in and tackled the roof on my house and shed and cleaned up everything the same day. It was a great experience. Melvin was patient in helping me understand everything from the beginning, and Scott kept in contact for when the crew would be coming ( Mother Nature forced the job to get delayed a few times but they can’t control that), explain processes, and I’d get text messages also on dates/times. Nick was super polite and very apologetic when they would come in the morning and then weather had other plans, they didn’t want to start if they can’t finish. Friendly and professional. Have gone out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. Issues with water running down siding. Thought it was a leak from the roof. Roof was fine. It was ice build up on inside of siding. Going to have them replace siding. They have gone over and above even after finding out it was not the roof that caused the water. Nice group of people.

Melvin was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He did a fantastic job cleaning the pine needles & other large amounts of leaves that had built up in the gutters prior to my taking ownership of my new home. He also did a roof inspection-which I greatly appreciated. In addition, he cleaned of my patio & front walk front the debris that had fallen. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs their two story home gutters cleaned!

We recently received damage to our roof from the December wind storm. I contacted one roofing company, and wasn't too satisfied with how they assessed the damage, so then I contacted Kickapoo Roofing in Tomah, WI. From the very start of talking to Ray Hochstetler, I was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism he displayed over the phone, as well as how quickly he was able to assess the damage. His brother Andy with his previous insurance adjustment background did an excellent job knowing what to look for and had all of the right tools to put together a very detailed report to show the damage to my insurance company. Both Ray and Andy were prepared to assist in proving the amount of damage my roof sustained due to the storm. They even made themselves available when the insurance adjuster had come out so they could further explain and answer any questions. It was easy to determine from the very beginning that I wanted to go with Kickapoo Roofing and was very confident they would take care of us during this entire process.
Once approved by the insurance company, Leroy Hochstetler did an excellent job in keeping us informed on when the materials would be delivered and the crew would be available to start the job.
I would say I have an above average size roof, with a couple dormers, steep pitch, with various peaks, and skylights. Keith and Ray assisted with repairing some vent pipes in the attic that protrude through the roof. The crew had come out and were all very efficient and hard workers. They had worked from 7am to 9pm on the house and had gotten the old shingles tore off, new roof installed, and ground cleaned up on the first day, and then finished my 3 car garage the second day. The crew even went above and beyond to make sure my belongings on the ground were protected, and even assisted by cutting down a fallen tree branch due to the newest storm in the area. I was shocked that a crew could complete this large of a job in approximately 1.5 days!
I realize this is a long review, but I cannot say enough about how great this company is, and how very impressed I am with how the entire crew performed. I am very happy with how the roof turned out, and how great it looks. I would recommend Kickapoo Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs! These guys will always be tops on my list if I ever need any other roofing jobs completed.
