Our septic froze and of course it happened over the weekend. We called and left a message on Saturday night thinking there was no way we'd hear back until Monday. They called first thing Sunday morning and were out here later that day solving our issue! We are grateful beyond words 🙏

New customer here. I called yesterday afternoon because I was concerned that our septic was getting too full. The lady who took my call was very courteous and informed me of the fees involved. She scheduled for this morning between 10am and noon. Truck pulled in at 10:30am and the service man was informative and did a great job !!

We had an issue with the septic system yesterday. Called Ken-Way. The gal that answered tried to troubleshoot with us on the phone to no success--but awesome to get the assistance right away. Then she had a guy out this morning super early. He worked the problem, figured out some issues and cleaned them out, and on and on. These guys are professional, friendly, on time, etc. We are new homeowners, and I wouldn't trade this experience with them for anything. They were awesome!

I called Ken-Way on a Saturday morning for a sewer clog at my business. They re-prioritized their jobs to get to my business within a couple of hours. We called these guys at 1pm. They got out here at 3pm and got the job done right the first time unlike some other "professionals"! We had some roots that were causing our sewer to back up. They fixed us up and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Ken Way! Trust no one else!!
