In an effort to be compliant and timely for a home purchase, we hired Kurt. Unfortunately there have been several delays in getting reports and then they were not acurrate for the county review. I waited several weeks for plans and now another month has past waiting for corrections to the county. I can't rate his technical ability, but his efficiency and attention to detail is lacking. If you're not in any hurry give him a try. I may update this review if he completes my transaction. UPDATE. Still haven't gotten my reports. 6 months!
