Unprofessional! The road in our neighborhood was resealed just 3 weeks ago. They delivered flyers to everyone’s door at least a week in advance.
Today, they had to come back and reseal a section AGAIN because they made a mistake… Absolutely NO flyers were handed out this time! No notice! They just showed up, knocking on peoples door around 7:30am, letting them know what’s going on! What kind of company does this?! No consideration!
On top of that, we were told they would NOT be resealing the road in front of our house. Right next to us was SUPPOSED to be the stopping point… Apparently these guys don’t know how to follow instructions or read the markers they put on the street, because they ended up going too far forward and resealed the road in front of our house anyway.
They already did 2 coats in front of our house, last time. Now there’s unnecessarily a third… On top of that, our trash is supposed to be picked up today, and because we weren’t given any advanced notice since they resealed in front of our house at the last minute, we will have to pay to reschedule our trash being picked up.

REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL Dangerous "employee owned company"
While on Ajo Way, eastbound, today around 12:42 p.m. A white pickup truck from KE&G with an AZ license plate ending in 29442 was driving recklessly, cutting off other drivers at excessive speeds without using turn signals. This behavior seriously endangered others on the road. I want to emphasize the gravity of this incident and assure necessary steps will be taken to ensure a thorough investigation and that a report is made to DPS and FMCSA since it seems this is not the first time this happened.

Never seen ppl show up so late in the morning in construction and stand around talking so much. Amazing they manage to finish anything. Not one guy sweating, just lazy. Maybe I'll apply when I'm looking to take it easy.

A couple months ago city water dept decided to change the water meters in my area so used KEG to install them.Then on June 28,2018 I was alerted by my neighbor that I had a large water leak by the new meter.I called Tucson water they sent KEG to check.The guy took a couple hours to repair it,he said it was a cracked pvc pipe.I never had water leak until the meter was replaced.My water bill was always under$30.00a month.Now I have to pay $348.00 for that month.I called Risk Management at City of Tucson to get help with this.I filled out paper work sent previous water bill statements.Tucson water wouldn't help me because KEG changed their story saying that there was no water leak and that I was not home at the time and said my outdoor faucet was turned on and flooding my yard.I was home and the meter was leaking.How can anyone Lie like that. I filed a complaint against them through Better Business Bureau they never responded tells me they are worthless wouldn't even acknowledge the complaint they were given till August 16th to respond. I wasted my time doing that don't go with these guys there are a bunch of damn Crooks if I could give him a zero on a review I would but it only give them 1 star for the lowest.

Horrible first impression of this company as I was harassed by an employee with road rage. He followed me, (a young woman driving alone) into a parking lot and sat behind my car in his company truck, seemingly waiting for me to get out. What he would've done, I don't know but I was afraid for my safety. This was Monday 7/26.
