We purchased a frozen out HUD home. Chad Keesler worked miracles with the remodel and construction to make it our new home. Chad was professional and highly competent getting everything together. We hired Chad to repair a leaking roof in our home. After looking at the project, he gave us a quote within a day. After we gave him the down payment, he was able to get to work immediately. He works efficiently and effectively. From start to finish, Chad was meticulous in his work. Once the project was started, Chad found a problem outside the scope of work. He modified the quote and incorporated the changes for a very fair price. The changes resulted in a far superior end product. He clearly cares about the quality of the work and the look of the final product. From planning the project, to removing the metal, to creating a new frame work, to installing the new metal, to repairing the water damage, every step was approached with the care and skill of a true craftsman.
As far as his communication, Chad was very clear in why and how he performed each phase of the project. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. He never talked down to us and always provided clear answers. Chad is a genuine pleasure to have on site, and really knows his craft.
