Fermin, Luis, and the men of KD construction did a wonderful job on the remodel and addition at my home.

They had to demo a 2 story structure and rebuild it from new foundations. The work was done within the 3 months they estimated and within the budget they proposed.

New roof, new kitchen, new deck, and more... KD Construction came through with high quality work.

Fermin and his crew (Luis was lead) did a great job on my bathroom remodel and replacing the bedroom/office carpet with engineered hardwood. Fermin was recommended by a friend who used him for his home remodel. I received a timely quote which was a fair and competitive price. They did a great job in the demo phase where I had the bathtub removed. Every aspect of demo was perfectly done from tear down to removal of all material which required them to carry things down two flights of stairs. They managed the demo without damaging the existing tile floor! My initial plan was for a walk-in shower. Fermin helped a lot in suggesting design ideas and validating my ideas. In the end, I received a walk-in shower with a bench and a wall niche for shampoo and soap and a barn door sliding glass door. When it came time for the wood flooring Fermin was extremely helpful in helping me to decide between laminate, vinyl and engineered hardwood. The end product it's perfectly. The entire crew practiced good COVID-19 safety procedures and kept a very clean work place. The project finished on budget and on time. I would and have recommended KD Construction.
