Came in the other day to ask a couple questions and rang the bell since there was no one up front. The blonde gal dressed in black, with a bun, at front desk was so extremely rude!! Was treated like we were insignificant and she could not waste her time on us 'little people' simply because she was with a client. We just had a couple questions that's all and she answered in the most rude and condescending tone ever. I have never felt so disrespected by someone like that before. Here is a hint, maybe don't work a job that involves dealing with people if you have such a sour nasty attitude like that. I did not catch her name but I hope she is either reprimanded or fired. As a potential client KB Home Studio Fairfield just lost our business. I will NEVER visit this location again as long as this rude woman is still employed here. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
