Took my clients to KB Cheyenne models today! Wow! We were greeted right away by Pam. She was really helpful getting us signed in and happy to show us around. She was really knowledgeable on every question we asked including solar and upgraded finish options. The single story models were what we were wanting to see. Great floor plans! Even though some were on the small side the layout made them feel much bigger. There was construction going on, but that was no problem. We were able to see the home we were interested in almost completed anyways. The neighborhood is well planned with a large portion backed up to a salt creek wash for a lot of privacy. The neighborhood is also close to many amenities but it felt private when you were in the community. If you’re looking, now is the time to go, as the homes are nearly sold out. I can see why with NO HOA and such a great location. Thank you Pam for the tour.

One of the worst experiences with a sales representative. I’ve gone to different KB Home locations different builders and none of them has been as horrible as Pam was. She pushes you to the home she wants to sell and if you don’t go with her lender she completely violates laws about KB home incentives that have to be given by CA law that are offered.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. They have changed our move in date multiple times without giving us notice. My family has been displaced for months and every representative for KB couldn’t care less, they seem to lead with apathy instead of empathy.

I had a great experience here all staff have been helpful and very responsive. Not sure about the pervious comment but Pam , loan officer, design studio and everyone that has been assigned to me has been more than helpful. I’ve asked Pam million of questions and she would always go out of her way to give me an answer, no issues. 10/10 service if I could give more I would.
