The absolute worst report and findings. They missed a lot of issues in our newly bought house which is now ending up costing us thousands to repair. I do not recommend them.

No nonsense, knowledgeable, fair priced. Easy to reach, and most importantly the real estate permit that they prepared, was granted by the government. Have also consulted them a few times for advise when buying a house. I ll just go back next time.

5-sterren ervaring met Kamsma Bouwadvies. Hebben op korte termijn een bouwkundige keuring gedaan, duidelijke afspraken, goede communicatie. Enorme vakkennis en oog voor detail en leggen ingewikkelde bouwtechnische zaken helder uit. Daarna hebben we ze ook gevraagd om de oplever inspectie bij te wonen om er zeker van te zijn dat de door hun geïdentificeerde punten goed waren opgelost. Al met al, geweldige ervaring, 10/10 recommend!
