I want to thank Kamerglu for sparing wide tree lined side-walk space. It is very generous of you being considered for public well being. It is very rare this kind of generousity while each condo goes for $400 000.

We first bought two apartments in September 2020, but they weren't ready until the summer of 2021. We had a lot of other options with great locations and designs, but the deadline was in 2022, so we chose Metrohome which had the deadline of 2021 , the sales manager treated us very politely before we made the purchase, he promised us with plenty for any delay. When we went back to the sales office a month ago to ask about penalties for the apartments we had previously bought, the sales manager rudely replied that we couldn't get any because the government had given them extra time because of the pandemic even though we had bought both apartments in the middle of the pandemic, and now it's August 2022 the apartments still not ready to move in, and they won't give us an exact date.
Keep in mind that the apartments have beautiful design and architecture and a wonderful location, the sales manager is incredibly impolite, therefore my rating is not about the building itself but rather about the manager.

Good construction, built quality is really great.
They built up the residential flat complex along with communities centre with community style where all the living basic necessities are available.
Including the best thing is, that it's nearby Metro stations, shopping malls, grocery stores and located on E5 highway.

I was told it will be finished in July/August so we will see. I have been waiting for almost two years after the promised day of delivery, I hope the finished product meets the standards that the model apartments where built to.
Update: it is End of September and still under construction, the new delivery date is by the end of the year.
I miss the Flying Drone Video, seems no more.

Took delivery of apartment May 2023, it is all wright, staff was helpful.
