These 3 gentlemen that came to do the land surveying were very professional and efficient. They completed the project within 1.5 hours. They gave me options of what I might want to do, - they didn't try to "upsell" me anything and provided good advice. We contacted Karim about a property line issue . On going for years. They were great very compassionate and quick. Great culinary, shopping and business options in the center. You can not go wrong from the amazing to sublime culinary treasures. There is a traffic coordinator to make it easier to get in and out of this center and their are valet options, too. If you are patient, there is plenty of parking and excellent for walking to from nearby businesses.

Came here to give a client a massage and it is very well taken care of. Easy place to find. Did get lost going back to my car. I parked in visitor and when leaving i ended up on the residents side of the parking lot.
Some gentleman walking to his car assisted me and all I had to do was go through a door to get to the other side.

One of the most inconvenient locations to visit in Irvine! Lots of business, lots to do, eat and activities, but the design of their parking lot(s) may have been the work of a world class amateur; well either that or they tried squeezing in a lot of business here or they may have hoped the businesses do not do well or anticipated the business is not getting very many customers! An inconvenience is an understatement as it took me nearly 8 minutes to find parking and all I wanted was a cup of coffee at Starbucks! During peak hours, though they have a parking director who orchestrates the parking, it is virtually undriveable and plan on spending a good extra few minutes just to get in or out of the parking areas! This is a perfect situation where nothing much can be done unless management decides to erect a new parking structure would better designs in mind!

With all the negative reviewing out of the way, there indeed are several booming businesses and restaurants to visit.

In the old days, this mall had an Edwards (now Regal) Theater. There's been some changes, mostly for the worse, but the mall part is okay for and quick shopping or a restaurant, like Wahoos that still stays.
