My first interaction with Ken was as a general contractor on a project for which he was the architect. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, problem solving and attention to detail. I have since been able to collaborate professionally on several projects, and was so impressed that I hired Ken to design a renovation and large addition to my own house. Ken and the KA Design Works team are talented architects and fantastic to work with. I've known and worked with Ken for almost 15 years. Each project (9 total projects completed) has been a success without any drama or egos that can sometimes plague talented architects such as Ken. Ken and his team have been fantastic to work with. In addition to designing a mountain home specific to our desires, they continue to be actively engaged throughout the construction process to ensure that the home is everything we planned/hoped it would be. Working remotely with them has been easy and their use of virtual technology allowed us to really “see” the design without having to interpret technical drawings. Overall they have made what could have been a difficult process very seamless and enjoyable. We would definitely work with Ken and his team again!

KA Designworks designed three spec homes for the investment firm I work for. Ken and his team where first class. All plans were completed on time. KA worked seamlessly with our builder to make sure all permitting documents where properly submitted and all design board requirements where met.
