Country Wireless has been burying their fiber optic lines throughout the village and K&S Landscaping is supposed to be coming along behind them cleaning up all the dirt and sod left behind, now it's been over a month that this pile of dirt has been sitting in my yard so I called K&S today to inquire as to when I could see this cleaned up... guy says it ain't his problem they'll get to it when they get to it and just starts being a rude a****** on the phone so I hang up because what am I going to listen to that for so he calls back and says why did I hang up? I said you said it ain't your problem and you start ranting and raving so why should I listen to that he says wow I'll get a hold of country Wireless about this, I said good great and i hung up.

Kevin who is the owner was great with his customer service to get the bid from myself. I was referred to him from someone whose used him multiple times. I had received the initial estimate which I was happy with. I then changed my mind before the work has started to add a small patio. I then received the second estimate again pleased because I thought it was for all of the work, not the two added together. Later on as work begun things were not getting done as discussed and the crew was using materials from my own home (gravel) my my pile that's too be used for our driveway with that not being ok'd. The crew stopped coming without the job being finished, I e mailed Kevin to see what was going on, and he tells me that they were done. When asked about the finishing touches, he yells at me via email mail with cap letters that we did not discuss that. (I had 2 family members with when this was all discussed.) Long story short, he will do anything for your bid, and not follow through and change prices.
