Our house had fire and smoke damage from the Mountain Fire and Jonathan and his crew performed major cleaning of the interior surfaces, objects, and air. Jonathan is quite knowledgeable and helped us navigate the insurance process. He spent a lot of time in person and on the phone coordinating and explaining the cleanup process in all aspects of fire damage, not just cleaning, ensuring we had a good understanding and were confident. Afterwards he has remained available for follow-up questions, even related to damages outside the scope of his work. He was instrumental in helping the process move along smoothly while helping to manage our stress levels. We were fortunate to have found a local and conscientious person.

I cannot tell you the amount of gratitude my husband and I have for Jonathan at JW Home Care. As first time homeowners, we were really nervous about coming across water damage in the kitchen and had no idea where to turn and how to file a claim with our insurance. I called Jonathan as a second opinion, after the first company gave us a sketchy, unrealistic estimate and expectations for how the entire process could go.

Jonathan arrived same day, was courteous, professional and straight to the point. He was honest about the potential damage and at no time did he try to sell his services. It felt like I was getting professional advice from a friend. We decided to hire him and are beyond happy that we did.

Since the damage was extensive and our homeowners insurance would be involved, Jonathan also referred us to Patrick from Golden Cost Claims (also local) who helped guide us through the claims process and made sure we were adequately compensated for the necessary repairs. Something I definitely would not have been able to navigate confidently on my own.

Together, Jonathan and Patrick made our kitchen repairs almost effortless on our part. Jonathan kept us informed and updated at every turn and his team worked quickly and efficiently to restore our kitchen to so much better than it was before.

I cannot thank JW Home Care enough for the quality work and expert advice we received. Hiring him and his team on was the best decision we made in what could have otherwise become a disaster in repairs and a financial strain. When Johnny from JW Home Care came out, it was an easy choice to go with him and the company for the job.
