Over the past 35 years, I have gutted 4 homes. Working with Jared and his team has by far been the best construction project of all. Jared is easy to work with: answered all my questions responsively, kept me in the loop for inspections, is very knowledgeable, worked with me on finishes, and best of all stayed on budget. I don't hesitate to recommend him for all your construction needs both large and small. These are just a few before and after photos. The old is gone and the new is just beautiful!

Jared and his team superbly renovated my tired 1979 townhouse. Jared communicated frequently and responsively and agreed on expectations fairly and transparently. He confronted challenges directly and offered very useful recommendations, creating a climate of trust and respect. These attributes proved especially important, as I lived on the East Coast while Jared was executing the renovation. During the few times I was able to visit, I found an immaculate job site and diligent progress. Jared finished on time and at budget, with an agreed small modification. Jared Wilkinson and his team, Victor, Albino, and Mark, exceeded my expectations on the remodeling of my kitchen and laundry room.
He is very fair on pricing, ahead of schedule, and helped my family feel safe and secure through the entire process. They were very professional and the quality of work was extremely high. He will be remodeling our bathroom soon. I could not have found a better contractor. He was also very helpful in the design and colors used, as Jared is truly an artist. Jared is one of the few contractors I know who follows up, cleans up and communicates on status. He makes sure the job is done each day and ready for the crew coming in the next day so that they won't be delayed by unfinished items of other tradesmen. Often this means working well into the evening. He also makes sure his crew cleaned up each evening so as not to leave a mess. We refer JW Facility Services And Construction to all of our clients looking for a contractor that we can trust and they all end up using him again and again and refer him to others. I just wish there were more contractors out there who know their trade like Jared does but also get the customer service and business aspects as well.
