We originally just wanted to replace our old shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower that would be easier for my parents to use when they visit. Our guest bathroom was looking really dated, however, so we decided to do a bigger remodel instead. We had several companies give us quotes, and Vadim gave us a very good estimate along with an acceptable timeline. We are so glad that we had him take on our project. His work ethic and attention to detail are absolutely top notch. Most importantly, the finished project was above and beyond our expectations. You can see the before and after pictures attached.

Things we appreciated:
- Getting the permits for our project and making sure everything was up to code
- Asked for input when needed, and offered good suggestions in terms of improvements to our project idea
- Amazing attention to detail
- Was professional and courteous at all times
- Cleaned up any mess outside the project area at the end of every day
- Flexible and understanding when we asked for a change order on our original project plans. Very reasonable and fair with the price adjustment

Again, we are so happy with the work that Vadim did for us. The guest bathroom is now the most beautiful area in our house! We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends, and we hope to work with him again on future home projects.

Was referred to JVT construction by a friend who praised him for the excellent remodel work done in his home. And now I understand why. I contacted Vadim for a remodel in my bedroom - new flooring, painting, and fan installation. He was available within a reasonable time. I am very pleased with his work. I had my ceiling, walls, doors, and crown mounding painted. He made sure to use the correct sheens of paint where applicable. Also made sure to apply several coats, which I very much appreciate. Masking was excellent, some of the best lines I’ve seen. Vadim installed new flooring, based on his recommendations. I trust his guidance and am also very pleased with the flooring. He also removed my old fan and installed a new one which functions perfectly. Vadim went above and beyond by offering to install new blinds, baseboards, and to replace all the hardware in my room to chrome for a more coordinated look all around. All that for a reasonable price. I highly recommend JVT Construction, no need to look further.

Vadim and his crew did a great job on our kitchen remodel a few months ago. Everything still looks great and is holding up well . Vadim was very easy to work with. He was very open to our ideas and flexible to adding items to the project. There was great attention to detail and no rushing through each task. You can tell he takes great pride in his work!. I've had Vadim complete 2 projects now, and just starting a 3rd. He is very thorough, his work is well thought out, and the finished product is professional, perfectly functional, CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL! The projects have been very affordable and reasonable, and he stays within budget. He did a beautiful tub/shower conversion for my disabled husband w/grab bars on each wall, replaced exhaust fan, over the stove microwave w/vent, removed a 6' x 5' mirror (glued to the wall) without breaking, plumbing/drywall repair/painting, and replaced a bunch of extras in the bathroom. Now having him paint exterior of our house. JVT Construction will be my go to contractor, and I'm very happy with the work!

Vadim did an excellent job on several repairs and upgrades in my bedrooms and bathrooms after we had some water damage. He was professional, on time and very good to work with. He did everything from fixtures to flooring to painting and it was done exceptionally well the first time, with no rework needed. He even went above and beyond to install a second toilet when the first one failed in one of the bathrooms. I highly recommend Vadim to do any work you have for him. You will very glad you found him!!
