I've contemplated leaving a review for the last 4 months. But seeing others have had the same experience, I'll share mine. The owner was great to work with when our deck project started Oct 5th, 2023. Pretty responsive, took just over a month to complete and wrapped up with spindles and stairs on Nov 14th, 2023. I knew they were very busy with projects but we were kept informed. The base frame of the deck is solid as can be, the deck and railings looked great but were obviously a rush job. Since Jan 2024, many boards have cracked or warped. Our railings and spindles are bowed and one moved so much that spindles won't stay in place. I've contacted and called mulitple times but recieve nothing back. I was promised JBI would stand behind their work and fix any issues but, that is not the case. At this point, I would settle for a text stating, "The job is done, we aren't coming back, you'll need to fix it yourself". In November, I would have given 4 stars, now I struggle giving even 2. The owner is very hands on with the work. Without a doubt, the talent and knowledge is there. Just sucks there isn't some accountability after the fact.

We had this company build a garage for us. The down payment was made the 1st of May, it was supposed to be done by mid July it was not completed until November 18th and it was not due to supply delays. He would goes weeks without showing up or contacting us. We never received project updates unless we asked. It was not until we contacted an attorney that the job was finished. A used interior door was put on our new construction, we had to go behind the crew and make corrections to the work, the springs on the garage doors were put on backwards among many other things. I delayed starting a business waiting for this construction to be done and we lost money every single week we waited for it be completed. Even the subcontractors lost patience with his lack of communication.
