Originally was very grateful and impressed that JR was able to come out with such short notice to get some trees out for our manufactured home to be delivered. We even paid him extra than what he required because we were so grateful he came out. However There was a clump of trees that he left that he “thought” could be a problem and instead of finishing the job and getting it right the first time, he said that it should be fine and if there’s a problem to call him back and he’d come back out. We called him a couple days later and asked him to just get the trees out to be safe because we didn’t want more problems, he said he’d come but he never showed up to do the rest of the work and then the manufactured house shows up, and what do you know, the trees WERE a problem and they can’t get the house in. Now we may be homeless due to this mistake this winter.
