When they get going on the start of the pool cage they get it done really quick. Mind you with all the damage from all the hurricane our start date got pushed back a week or 2 which is totally understandable because they are up to their necks building cages. The county inspector came through and even admitted that this company does excellent work.

Replaced my screens and added a window view. They were to install noseeum screens in the bottom half, and regular in the top of the enclosure. But they installed regular all around. Further more they are supposed to be supper screens, but I have my doubts. I spoke to JB and he said he would take a look at the invoice and come to inspect. I called him several times and texted him a number of times and no response. If this is how he runs his business I would stay away from him.

The entire experience with JP Construction and the work they did on my lanai cage was first rate. They started and finished when they said they would. The crew even worked thru an all day downpour. I would highly recommend them.

They put in my pool cage. Took over a year with waiting for county inspectors. I paid extra for caps on all the screws. Never got them. I was told the would have to remove all the screws and replace them this would make the structure weak. So I got no caps. Just called about the screen coming out of the channel. I was told I had a 1year warranty on the screen. Everyone else is giving 5. Please stay away from this outfit. They do not stand behind their work !!!

I contacted with JP Construction to replace my pool cage that was destroyed by hurricane Ian. The crew that originally constructed the replacement cage actually left me with quite a mess. I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction. They were very responsive!! Their best crew was sent to rework my cage. All of the problems were taken care of by this crew. I was told that the original crew was no longer with the company because of the problems they created!! So, although there were issues they took care of it all in a timely manner and it has now passed inspection. They have been very responsive about a few issues after the fact. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and professionalism!!

Overall I'm pleased with the work that was done and the time it took to complete. I would certainly recommend them to others. They replaced my pool cage, gutters, and some other minor things that were damaged by Ian. The price was fair and the people were kind. There were a few hiccups that seemed more due to a lack of communication than anything else. Also, the communication with me wasn't great which was a bit anxiety inducing but at the end of the day, the work was completed, any issues I had were addressed in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm happy with the outcome.
