JP Electric did a major work replacing the main electric panel at an apartment complex. There were many steps involved from permits, planning with PG&E, shut-off, inspection, and reconnection. Not to mention the line-drawing, procurement of all parts and, most important, labor. JP Electric took a personal interest in every step and executed with professionalism and precision. Jeremy Albright and the JP Solar team provided all the necessary information we needed to decide to install a Sun Power solar panel system on our home. The process was painless. The install team took about 4 hours to complete the installation. After the building inspector approved the install, the utility company approved the permit to operate the solar power system. We are pleased with our decision to use JP Solar.

I waited a long time going to solar and consider myself a hard sell, but with JP Solar behind the product and installation they made me more confident in my decision to do solar now.
JP Solar took the time necessary to minimize the amount of Conduent showing on the side of the walls and Roof. The Whole process with SCE and Regulatory Agencies and Financing was all done solely with JP Solar which made the process seamless. The amount of Conduent that shows on your project is base mostly on attic access.

JP Electric & Solar were amazing! We first had them fix our Solar panels that had gone out when the other company strung us along for the warranty fix for 6 months and then filed bankruptcy! JP came in within a week and had our entire system back up and running for only a couple hundred dollars.
So, when we moved into our new home, it was a no-brainer who would be our solar installer. Chris, Jesse and Jeremy were so professional and courteous. They gave us financing options and (although we went with our own bank) they helped with each and every step along the way. Jesse helped shore up our wiring and made it more safe and compliant to todays electric needs and Chris came out after the system was turned on and walked us through the App and all the neat features, as well as safety measures on the panel, etc. At 3-months Chris is again coming out to our house to review our SCE bills and make sure all is running smoothly. Their Customer Service is top-notch!! Highly recommend the JP Electric & Solar Team!

First and foremost, I consider myself very skeptical. So when we chose to go solar, we chose JP Solar and we are elated with our choice. From the onset, kudos to Customer Service! Job well done. Professional, informative and exceedingly kind. Also, Henry Macias was our Consultant throughout this project. He displayed a great deal of knowledge and kept us at ease during the entire process. He's very respectful, down to earth and above all honest. The JP solar install team was outstanding! Did a tremendous job! I appreciated that there are NO electrical conduits visible on our roof! When you make a mistake, you own it. I posted an initial review (negative) of JP Solar. It was a mistake, and I am writing a new one to own that mistake. I was working with some bad, second hand information. Since then, I have personally been in contact with JP Solar and my interaction with them has completely changed my perspective. Based on my FIRST HAND interaction with them, they get the 5 star rating they deserved from the very beginning. With almost 200 reviews and practically a 5 star rating, I agree with other satisfied costumers, they are doing a tremendous job and saving us around $12,000.00 a year (commercial account). What a great experience!

From start to finish, JP Electric and Solar took care of the details. I was able to trust that they would submit forms, applications and permits on time, and would keep me informed of only what I needed to be involved with.

They were timely, and kept each appointment that we made together.

I enjoyed the crew, and appreciated their work even though the temperature several days reached 106*.

Clayton, Jeremy, Jesse and the gals in the office were each knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and quick to help.

Our system went on line today and is cranking out the power. I’m new to this, but from what I know and what I have experienced, I’m very pleased with the product and the entire process of getting everything hooked up and working.
