We needed a contractor to rebuild a rental home we owned that had burned down. Someone recommended Josh. We are so fortunate we called him!! It was an insurance job so the billing had to be precise. He was up to the task! Also a very good communicator.... things went smoothly and in time.. He had solid subcontractors who were trusted and professional..And he made good suggestions about stuff we hadn't thought of. Excellent quality work. Highly recommended!!
