I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jose Ferrer Jr. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease due to their warm and welcoming demeanor. I struggled a bit to explain my issues, but Dr. Ferrer was so understanding and took the time to listen attentively. He was very thorough in his explanations, making sure I fully understood everything. Dr. Ferrer’s knowledge and care were evident throughout the entire visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrer for more than 10 years. He is an excellent Doctor I highly recommend him. I don't want to change him. But when it comes to his office I can't say the same they have the worst customer service an office could have. They never answer the phone. They have a recording to leave a message, that they never return no matter how many times you call and leave a call back number. It is not the first time that in order to get an appointment. I have to drive over to the office to get the appointment in person because they never answer the phone. They don't understand they are a Doctors office that they deal with human health not a 2nd hand store that deals with used clothes for sale, their lack of professionalism and humanity makes using this facility a complete knight mare. Is a disgrace that such a good doctor has such a poor personal.
